What about my dental insurance?

There are many types of dental insurance which we are able to file for our patients. We will collect insurance information at the first visit and research whether benefits may be payable toward future treatment. There are types of dental HMOs, networks and discount dental plans which will not have benefits available for treatment in our office.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the usual standard methods of payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

I am very nervous about dental treatment, how can I relax?

First, we hope that we have been or will be able to help you feel comfortable about having treatment in our office. We have a very compassionate and knowledgeable staff and if you feel that you need more information about your treatment needs or more explanation of what to expect, please let us know. Our doctors are licensed to administer more profound levels of sedation than you may have utilized in the past. Our doctors will discuss sedation options with you for surgical procedures, but if your level of apprehension is extreme, even for non-surgical procedures, please mention this to our staff when you schedule non-surgical treatment so that we can talk to you about sedation as well as other relaxation techniques and options.
